"Dr. Anne Charity Hudley of William and Mary is seeking volunteers for an upcoming book to share first-person experiences with language variation in the secondary English classroom including sharing your own language variation story, or presenting examples of materials you have created to address language variation in your classroom materials. Submit a .doc or .rtf file of 500 words or less as an email attachment to April Lawrence, adlawrence@wm.edu, by July 1st , 2012. Authors of vignettes that are accepted for publication will receive $100. The project has been approved by the William and Mary Human Subjects Committee and the UMBC Institutional Review Board (IRB).
